Do the Puyallup!
I guess the sign of a true fan is travelling far, far away to see an artist you love. Last time it was a 1,200km round-trip with Andrew. Him being somewhere near the Grand Canyon this time around, I drove down past Seattle by myself to see Steven Curtis Chapman perform at the Puyallup Fair.
And a fair, of course, means farm animals!
I'd like to present a selection of weird-and-wonderful sheep I encountered:
Jersey sheep
Spandex sheep
And my all-time favourite:
Medieval jousting sheep
(the fact that their weird outfits were supposed to keep them warm is beside the point!)
After wandering the fairgrounds for several hours and actually hearing the Puyallup theme song blaring out a speaker at one point, I made my way to the concert venue. 12th row seat!
Steven playing "Yours."
What an amazing night! And then I shopped up a storm on the way home the next day :)

Hey, those are some cute sheep...the outfits are rather interesting to say the least. "Hi Steven!"
