Garibaldi Lake and the Black Tusk

As part of their training for hiking the Grand Canyon, Andrew and his dad hiked past Garibaldi Lake to the Black Tusk.

Not hard to see this as a volcanic landscape, is it?

Part of the hike, er, climb that I WASN'T aware of until they came back! I'm glad I wasn't there because Andrew climbing the Black Tusk looks quite scary.

At the top of the Black Tusk. What a view! And what a hike! Ten hours round-trip.
